Our appraisers are committed to professional appraisal standards of the ISA and USPAP. These standards are required by the IRS’s August 2006 statutory definition of a qualified appraisal and qualified appraiser. Both ISA and USPAP set the industry standards for requirements in: formal training, mandatory testing, re-certification, extensive experience and adherence to a strict code of ethics.
Appraisals by a credentialed professional are rapidly becoming the only standard acceptable to the legal and insurance industry and other related professions. Our appraisers are also qualified to offer expert testimony in court or depositions.
