We had been using the same auction company for several years with great results. The president of the auction company we had been using retired and closed the company. Motley's Auction Company came recommended to us from other utility's that own the same type equipment as we do. Kristi has been a great contact person working with us setting up the processes. We were expecting to have a few problems due to the fact that we were using a new company. We had no issues or problems due to the transition. We especially liked having photos and descriptions of each unit being put on the Motley website. We are planning on using Motley to conduct our next sale in mid October.

I am writing you to express my complete satisfaction with your company. I was involved in the "James River Island" process. As it turned out, it seems the deeding process was a bit more involved that originally thought. In the end, I decided not to go through with the quit claim process.
I did want to write and express my satisfaction with Ms. Margarette Staunton who handled the cancellation process. Margarette was extremely professional and apologetic for the way things transpired. Her attitude and assistance with the paperwork and follow-up telephone calls were much appreciated.
It may have seemed to some that Motley's was somewhat responsible for the way things went downhill but my opinion is that Motley's stepped up and looked out for its customers. I have great respect for this type of business and will recommend your group to anyone considering an auction house.
